Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician - Part Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician to support prescription fulfillment operations and help ensure patients receive medications accurately and on time. This role is responsible for processing, packaging, and preparing prescriptions while maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and company standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately fill, label, package, and prepare prescription orders for shipment.
- Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and fulfillment activities.
- Maintain inventory levels, stock medications, and perform cycle counts.
- Verify prescription information and ensure accuracy throughout the fulfillment process.
- Process shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace.
- Adhere to all state, federal, HIPAA, and company pharmacy regulations.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and medication safety procedures.
Schedule: 24 hours per week, either Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday or Saturday, Sunday, and Thursday.
(Open availability on desingated schedule days required for business needs. Shifts include 9-5 ; 10-6 )
Rate of Pay: $17 - $19 based on experience & registration/ ceritifcation

Per Diem / On-Call Pharmacist
The Per Diem Pharmacist reports to the Pharmacist-in-Charge/Pharmacy Manager and supports daily pharmacy operations.
Key Skills
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency with pharmacy software and third-party billing (or willingness to learn)
- Solid knowledge of medications, dosing, interactions, and counseling
- Ability to perform basic pharmacy math
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions accurately
- Counsel patients on prescription and OTC medications
- Supervise and support pharmacy staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations (HIPAA, DEA, etc.)
- Maintain inventory, workflow, and a clean, safe pharmacy environment
Work Environment
- Retail pharmacy setting; standing and lifting up to 25 lbs required
- Flexible scheduling, including coverage for vacations, sick days, and peak needs

- BS or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy

Per Diem / On-Call Pharmacist
The Per Diem Pharmacist reports to the Pharmacist-in-Charge/Pharmacy Manager and supports daily specialized compounding and pharmacy operations.
Key Skills

- Proficiency or familiarity with compounding pharmacy software, master formulation records, and third-party billing
- Solid knowledge of custom formulations, dosing calculations, ingredient compatibility, and patient counseling
- Proficient in pharmacy math
- High attention to detail, precision, and adherence to quality assurance standards
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and accurately compound non-sterile (and/or sterile) custom formulations in accordance with USP regulations
- Perform final checks on compounded preparations, raw materials, equipment calibration, and batch records
- Counsel patients and consult with prescribers regarding custom formulations, alternative dosage forms, and therapy modifications
- Supervise, train, and support compounding technicians and pharmacy staff
- Ensure strict compliance with state board regulations, FDA guidelines, DEA rules, and HIPAA requirements
- Maintain chemical inventory, hazardous drug handling protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a clean, compliant laboratory environment
Work Environment
- Specialized compounding laboratory / pharmacy setting; standing and lifting up to 25 lbs required
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required (e.g., lab coats, masks, gloves, safety goggles)

Warehouse Delivery Driver
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and safety conscious Warehouse Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting pharmaceutical products, supplies, chemicals, and equipment between pharmacy locations while ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and compliance with safety procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Delivery & Transportation Skills: Ability to safely transport, load, and unload pharmaceutical products, supplies, and equipment while maintaining accurate delivery schedules and documentation.
- Warehouse & Inventory Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory handling, product transfers, warehouse organization, and the proper handling of totes, carts, pallets, and other materials. (Preferred; Training Offered)
- Safety & Compliance: Understanding of safe driving practices, proper handling of temperature-sensitive products and chemicals, and securing materials during transportation.
- Communication & Organization: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate deliveries, communicate with supervisors and pharmacy personnel, and maintain accurate transportation records.
- Physical & Time Management Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, manage multiple deliveries, follow assigned schedules, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
- Familiarity with transportation documentation, delivery tracking, and inventory systems.
- Experience handling pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, or temperature-sensitive materials.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to update spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.

JOB SUMMARY
The Fulfillment Supervisor is a registered and certified pharmacy technician position who supports Curexa Pharmacy services through the management of pharmacy personnel and workflows. The position will assist the Operations Manager, in numerous aspects of pharmacy fulfillment services, including but not limited to, operating procedure, personnel management, and workflow management.
Technical duties include, but are not limited to, workflow and service level management, staff development, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for delegating operational and regulatory tasks, directing fulfillment workflow, and other duties as assigned.
Shall maintain a safe, clean and sanitary working environment by complying with Curexa policies and procedures, SOPs, NJ state Board of Pharmacy regulations and federal laws, and to facilitate Curexa’s growth and success of the pharmacy.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Fulfillment Supervisor reports directly to the Operations and Manager and the assigned Pharmacist(s) on duty.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, AND TASKS
- Determine and ensure overall production’s workflow is maintained efficiently and adjust accordingly to align with defined service level goals relating to inventory replenishment and/or identified Service Level Agreement items; review daily operations metrics, KPI’s, and provided data when addressing workflow; share this information with Team Leads as warranted
- Collaborates directly with Account Managers, Partner Support, Warehouse/Inventory/Purchasing, and Lab Operations Management staff to address and resolve partner service level, communication, logistics, and inventory issues in a timely fashion
- Audit, monitor, and ensure all staff are following regulatory / quality standards / processes and policies in place as defined by Curexa’s Policy & Procedures, Quality Systems, and SOP’s
- Lead weekly huddles with Pharmacist(s) and Team Leads to discuss workflow, staffing, and issues
- Coach and develop Team Leads on workflow management, quality and regulatory compliance; hold one on ones with each Technician Lead (at least once monthly)
- Hold monthly Staff meeting to communicate new or policy review, company updates, quality, and regulatory information to all staff; provide documented meeting agenda and attendance sheets to the regulatory designee
- Monitor email and team chat(s) and provide communication responses, acknowledgement, or updates for requests from fulfillment staff, account managers, and upper management promptly (within an hour of request) via email or teams chat; ensure processes are in place for communication responses to occur during all of production working hours
- Interview and hire staff to fill for approved budgeted positions
- Set and approve work schedules to meet the needs of the business; approve PTO for all staff; monitor/update for missing clock in/out punches
- Address via counseling (verbal and documented) with staff members who are non-compliant with Curexa’s policies, SOPs, quality standards, approved productivity metrics, or proper behavior
- Conduct annual (and 30/60/90 day for new hires) performance reviews for staff in a timely and reasonable manner
- Coordinate with trainer for new employee onboarding / training and existing staff certification, competency, and retraining
- Address issues affecting team workflow promptly and escalate issue to proper upper management when applicable
- In conjunction with Team Leads, handle and submit written request(s) for ordering of supplies / equipment to designated Purchasing Specialist or Inventory Manager
- Coordinate with facilities for maintenance or Preventative Maintenance or directly with vendors of equipment for repairs or servicing when applicable; update, communicate, and coordinate with the Quality Control Manager for internal compliance documentation of equipment that is down or in need of repair or servicing
- Assist in developing production metrics and standard times for reasonable completion of task(s)
- Collect and report daily/weekly/monthly metrics to Operations Analyst and Manager, Operations
- Communicate with Warehouse designated staff to coordinate delivery of required raw materials, packaging, and supplies
- Support area’s workflow by filling, packaging, or labeling product; incorporating additional new preparations into area’s workflow as warranted
- Supports the goals, policies, and standard operating procedures of the pharmacy
- Works directly with the Manager, Operations or designated Quality/Regulatory Compliance personnel to implement and roll out new or changes/improvements to existing policies and procedures, maintain cleaning schedule, and address deficiencies identified via internal quality audits in timely fashion
- Works directly with the Trainer(s) to schedule, identify, and re-enforce training/retraining of team members to ensure compliance, competency, and documentation of approved best standards of practice
- Works directly with the Manager, Operations to continuously monitor and improve overall operational workflow to maintain and exceed Curexa’s defined Service Level targets
- Monitors and assures work area is maintained as a safe, clean, and sanitary condition at all times; addresses any deviations from a safe, clean, and sanitary conditions immediately
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information and ensure support personnel exercise equal discretion
- Operate ethically and in compliance with all federal, state board of pharmacy and accreditation regulations and all USP 795 and USP 800 guidelines for an FDA 503a pharmacy

REQUIREMENTS (GENERAL, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES)
- 18 years if age or older with High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Licensed as a registered as a Pharmacy Technician in good standing in New Jersey
- Working knowledge of or experience operating fulfillment machinery and automated equipment (e.g., Kirby, Cent, MacTec, Parata)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. over short distances
- Body movements consist of walking, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending; and flexing the arms, legs, wrists and fingers. Standing for most of the shift.
- Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and with accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency with the willingness to learn specific pharmacy-based computer software; Word and Excel proficiency is a plus
